- The Sony FE 90mm f/2.8 G OSS Macro is a full-frame E-mount lens specifically designed for Sony's a7 series cameras. Key features include:

- True macro. When used on a full-frame camera, this lens offers a true 1:1 macro ratio with a focal length of 90mm. The f/2.8 aperture allows for extremely shallow depth-of-field control at macro focusing distances.
- Direct-drive Super Sonic Wave motor autofocus system. This internal focusing system uses piezoelectric elements oscillating at ultrasonic frequencies to provide fast, highly accurate and nearly silent autofocus performance, ideal for still and video use.
- Optical Image Stabilization. Image stabilization built into the lens allows you to shoot at slower shutter speeds without having to worry about camera shake.
- Advanced Optics. The FE 90mm f/2.8 GM uses an aspherical and two ultra-low dispersion elements to minimize spherical and chromatic aberrations and produce clear images with high contrast. The nine-blade rounded aperture diaphragm produces smooth blurred highlights when you want a shallow depth of field. Plus, Nano AR coatings prevent flare and ghosting.
