How do I know if the material is available?

Once your reservation request is made, you will receive a confirmation by email within 30min.

How is the rental period calculated?

Our rental periods are generous! You can pick up equipment the day before your shoot from 3pm and return it the day after your shoot by 11am, and you only pay for one day. For example, if you rent equipment on Tuesday, you can pick it up on Monday at 3pm and return it on Wednesday at 11am, and we'll only charge you for one day (yes, we will. :))

What's more! We offer a great weekend rate! You pick up your equipment from Friday 3pm and keep it until Monday 11am, and you only pay for one day!

Can I extend my reservation?

Of course! Call us beforehand as soon as possible so that we can see if it is possible to extend your period.

Can I cancel my reservation?

YES! If you no longer need the equipment, you can cancel your reservation at no charge up to 6 hours before your scheduled delivery time. If you cancel less than 6 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time, we will charge you a one-day cancellation fee.

When do you request payment?

Payment is made upon confirmation of your reservation.

How to make the payment?

You can pay by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. All information will be communicated to you in the confirmation email of your reservation.

You deliver and you come to recover the material?

YES! Our entire model is based on delivery, both for shipping and for returns. We want to make your life easier so that renting equipment is always simpler, easier and more accessible.

How is the material received or collected?

In order to ensure that our equipment is received and collected by or for our customer, the delivery and collection of the equipment must always be done in person. Our team will ask for a signature to validate the reception of the equipment.

What are your delivery areas?

For the moment, we limit our deliveries to Paris and its suburbs (see here HERE for a precise map).

For deliveries in Paris Region, contact us and if we can, we will be happy to deliver the material.

For deliveries outside ofParis Region, unfortunately, we can not yet deliver.

What days of the week can I use the delivery service?

We deliver and collect equipment Monday to Saturday from 7am.

How far in advance do I need to make my reservation in order to use the delivery service?

We commit ourselves to deliver you the same day your material for all orders made before 12:00.

How much does the delivery / collection service cost?

It's simple. It's free! To be exact, the price of delivery is included in our rates.

Can someone else receive or return my equipment?

Yes! When you place your order, specify who will receive and/or return it and make sure that person has identification when receiving and/or leaving the material.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, to protect our equipment, we ask for a deposit for each reservation of equipment.

How much is the deposit?

It depends on the value of the equipment rented. In general, the amount varies between 200€ and 3000€.

How is the deposit made?

We require a standard bank imprint. We do not accept checks, cash deposits or bank transfers.

When do you make the deposit?

The deposit is requested at the time of booking. An email detailing the procedure to follow will be sent to you once your reservation has been confirmed.

When do you cancel my card imprint?

Once we collect the equipment, we send it to our maintenance team who performs the check-in of the equipment. Once this check is done, we cancel the bank imprint. In case of a problem with the equipment, we keep the deposit and contact you immediately.

What do you consider to be property damage?

Normal wear and tear is not considered damage. Other more significant problems (scratches, impacts, etc.) are considered damage.

What should I do if the equipment is damaged during my rental?

Contact us immediately! Depending on your situation, we can provide you with replacement material. As soon as the material is returned, we will make a damage report.
